Hello,

Alexander Vong discovered his passion for arts at the age of 10 while helping with his family's business decorating and home renovations. Growing up in a business-oriented family, Alex was considered the "black sheep" because of his interest and talent in creative endeavors such as drawing, painting, and photography. He would often be found sketching out character illustrations or creating collages from magazines. Fortunately, Alex's family was supportive of his artistic endeavors, and he continued to develop his passion for arts and design throughout his school years.

Alex graduated from college in 2015 with honors in business, a degree he chose to pursue in keeping with his family's tradition. However, he had always had a passion for art and design, and that passion had grown stronger over the years. After graduation, he decided to relocate to San Francisco to begin a new life and to pursue his true calling.

Alex was awarded a full scholarship to study at the California College of the Arts in 2019. He chose interior design as his major. While completing his degree, he worked as an apprentice for several local designers in San Francisco. Under their guidance, Alex quickly defined his own style and discovered that he had a natural ability for creating aesthetically pleasing spaces that reflect his visions, yet tailoring to the personalities of his clients.

Alex's practice focuses on full renovations and new build residential projects. He relishes collaborating with a team that includes architects, engineers, and landscape designers. Together, they create cohesive, beautiful, and satisfying results. Alex also loves designing custom furniture and lighting. It's incredibly rewarding for him to see his drawings transformed into tangible pieces.
